Costs for attending the festival
(starting with dinner on 22 July, and ending with lunch on 29 July, 2017).
The prices stated below cover food/accommodation expenses in a **** hotel or impromptu camping, plus other basic costs (basic workshop materials (paper, pens); bank fees; accommodation of the organising team …). In the spirit of community/generosity, participants who will be offering workshops during the festival will not be paid – regardless of their experience (from certified trainers to the youngest among us).
Prices stated below include:
- vegan/vegetarian meals on a full-board basis (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- two coffee breaks with coffee, tea and fruits per day
- usage of wellness/sauna centre (every day from 18 till 23 hrs)
- car parking at or near the hotel
- WiFi internet access
Prices do NOT include:
- tourist taxes (payable to the hotel reception):

– children from age 7-18 pay 50%
– children up to 7 do not pay the tourist tax
- transportation to/from festival venue
- other costs you may have (extra food/drink, ice-creams …)

Due to limited availability of beds, children age from 13-18 on a standard bed pay the same price as adults.
For the festival to be financially accessible for a variety of budgets, the organising team has done their best to keep the prices as low as possible.
If you are able to pay more than what is asked for, you are very welcome to do so. The money gathered in this way will support others whose economic situation may otherwise prevent them from joining the festival.
A limited number of participants ( 3 – 4) are sought to co-ordinate and guide children’s activities in exchange for a reduced fee. If you are interested in this option, then please email us, sharing with us your motivation & how much time per day/week you’d be willing to contribute for child-care during the festival.
Payment terms & cancellation policy
After filling in the registration form, you will receive an automatic response with instructions for paying the non-refundable deposit of 100 EUR per each person attending the festival. The payment of the deposit confirms your interest in attending the festival; and is to be paid within three working days after filling in the registration form. Payments can be only made via wire transfer.
We expect the interest for attending the festival be greater than there will be places available – which is why we only wait for three days (to receive deposit payment). If we do not receive the deposit, then your place will be offered to another potential participant.
Please note that the deposit is nonrefundable: if you change your plans, and do not join the festival, then this deposit will not be returned to you.
For the final payment, you will receive a proforma/invoice for the difference between the full price and the deposit (=attendance fee). This attendance fee is to be paid by 30 April 2017.
– if you cancel participation up to 30 days before the festival starts (by 22 June 2017), you will get a full refund of this amount (the deposit of 100 EUR / per person will however not be refunded)
– after 30 days before the festival start we will refund this payment to you in full only in case replacement is found (from the waiting list)
If you want more support and reassurance about cancellation options, we invite you to consider extra strategies (travel or medical insurance …).
If you want your invoice to be addressed to an organisation/company/another person, then please state this clearly while booking.
Once the registrations reach the total number of participants expected (150), a waiting list will be started. Please contact the organisers if you wish to be put on a waiting list. In case of cancellations, people from the waiting list will be contacted in order of appearance.
